“I had been dealing with lower back pain for 6 straight months; it had extremely restricted my abilities to do the things I love and permanence seemed to be impending. I had gone to a chiropractor for four months. While my back did make satisfying cracking sounds and felt some temporary minor relief, the pain would always stick around. Finally deciding to delve deeper into the world of insurance, I found a PT and went to them for a month. While I was prescribed all sorts of core building exercises and a few stretches, nothing would make the consistent pain dissipate. Out of desperation and hope I scheduled an appointment with Meghan. The first appointment was a world of a difference than the last PT. She listened to all of my symptoms and then explained the problem and solution in very understandable ways. She addressed all the issues I was having rather than just narrowing the scope to my back and stressed that it’s all connected. Not only did she suggest dry needling and reassure me, she answered all of my questions and shared her knowledge so I felt confident in my understanding of the goal of treatment. After the first visit my back was already feeling better! The second visit was as successful as the first, and Meghan sent me home with very detailed instructions of how to perform exactly what needed to be done to help my situation. I can’t thank her enough for giving me my athletic freedom back and would highly recommend her services. Thanks Meghan!”

“I started working with Meghan to strengthen my neck and lower back due to residual pain from a car accident where I suffered whiplash. Meghan is extremely professional, always there to help, and has used various techniques to help me build strength and also relieve tension in my problem areas.  As someone who trains 5 days a week, it is helpful to have someone with Meghan’s background in athletics working with me as I work to gain flexibility and mobility to prevent future injuries.”

“After being diagnosed with a moderately herniated disc in my C5/C6, I was worried that my symptoms would not resolve. While researching treatment options, I came across dry needling. Numerous people who knew about my diagnosis recommended that I talk to Meghan. I did and it was the best decision I could have made. At the end of each session I can feel the progress I am making. She has helped return mobility and function to my upper back, neck, and arm. The home exercises have been very beneficial, and as we have progressed with treatment Meghan has provided different exercises to bring my rehab to the next level.

Meghan has also provided dry needling on my TMJ and has released jaw muscles that have been tight for over 15 years. I would wholly recommend her for any TMJ issues one may be experiencing.

Meghan is a very compassionate, friendly, attentive and thorough professional who always provides time to listen and respond to all of my questions/concerns. She is very knowledgeable about the human body as well as the diverse treatment options within physical therapy. I HIGHLY recommend Meghan — you are in very good hands with her.”
